people used to call pampas grass as Cortaderia sellona, it was found
in great quantity in plain region, which is also known as pampas in
some countries. It is exceptional type of grass, which is very

meters. Leaves of pampas grass is dark green and very sharp, it may

season or in the end of autumn season. Favor moist soil for growing
such grass. Temperature at the time of sowing pampas grass seeds
should be between 15 to 24 degrees and it takes near about two to
three weeks to sprout. Before sowing the seeds of pampas grass, we
need to soak the seeds into the warm water for about an hour; this
will promote effective sprouting of seeds of pampas grass.
How to plant pampas grass can be known by following some steps,
that are - take a flowerpot and fill it with the mixture of soil and
take care that the kind of soil you taking should have nature to dry
quickly. Do not use clay in the mixture for growing pampas grass. Push
the seeds into few inches inside the soil. Keep checking the soil
moisture by putting your finger into the pot. If your finger is wet
then there is no need to water the pampas grass seeds, it needs to be
watered when your finger come out dry from the pot.
Watering the plants should be on the regular basis. Pampas grass
needs nutrition to grow in a swift fertilizing of plants once in a
week. Pampas grass needs heavy sunlight and warm weather flourish
outside. Grasses have high tolerance quality for diseases or insects,
most of the grasses grow in full sunlight but some types of pampas
